Danske convivia
Den internationale Slow Food-bevægelse er organiseret i »convivia«. Ordet er egentlig betegnelsen for et gæstebud i den gamle romerske kultur – og er sammensat af »con«, sammen, og »vivere«, leve. Altså at leve sammen. Slow Food har indtil videre følgende convivier i Danmark:
